  I now know Jimmy Zeniou, the CEO of Helen's and a number of his terrific staff...but I knew their food first! At a non-descript eatery on the Gold Coast I was given a chicken filo that was soooo good I had to track it back to the maker...and that was Helen's in Brisbane. On a trip to Brisbane I decided to call in and see if I could buy a few products...probably not expecting to be successful because I wasn't wholesale and only wanted a few items. What a great team and such a great friendly atmosphere...and I found out they had well over 100 different taste tempters. The freezer is now full and a recent party for friends was a big success when I trotted out a wide selection. I'm embarrassed to say I claimed "ownership" of the delicate eateries...but I'm sure they knew I wasn't capable of cooking food of that quality. Anyhow, I believe quality product produced by a quality company should be recognized and it's a hat-tip to Helen's and Jimmy and his crew!
